Whether you are a psychic or an aspiring intuitive this list is intended to guide you through the ever-changing turnstile of being intuitive. Although it is a great, a great skill that gives over and over again you never know what life will throw you by the way of information to share with yourself, your client or your friends and family. Enjoy and feel free to contribute to my list:
• PSYCLARITYTIP1: Give gratitude daily. You can never be too grateful
• PSYCLARITYTIP2: Meditate at least 10 minutes/day.
• PSYCLARITYTIP3: If you get an intuitive nudge act on it. The sooner the better.
• PSYCLARITYTIP2: If you don’t understand what you are getting say “I don’t understand but maybe it will make sense to you.” And then describe exactly what you are experiencing without interpretation. Get out of the way of the message.
• PSYCLARITYTIP4: Never guess.
• PSYCLARITYTIP5: Report exactly what you are seeing, feeling, hearing, knowing or experiencing; nothing more.
• PSYCLARITYTIP6: Be patient. Allow the information to flow in its own time.
• PSYCLARITYTIP7: Don’t invalidate what you are seeing by saying, “this is crazy.” What you are getting has meaning for your client.
• PSYCLARITYTIP8: If you don’t know if the information is yours or your clients send it away and it will reappear if it is your clients.
• PSYCLARITYTIP9: Remember the information is “as things stand now” and that the future is never “set in stone.”
• PSYCLARITYTIP10: Tell people that this is the outcome as things stand now, but that the future can change if their thoughts, feelings, emotions and/or actions change.
• PSYCLARITYTIP11: Breathe. When we don’t breathe we are cut off from life.
• PSYCLARITYTIP12: Trust.
• PSYCLARITYTIP13: Do not edit the message. You can ask that the message come in a gentler form.
• PSYCLARITYTIP14: Your job is just to report what you are “getting.”
• PSYCLARITYTIP15: Do not let your ego get involved in the process. You are reporting what you are experiencing. Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth. Don't take it personally. You are, merely, the messenger.
• PSYCLARITYTIP16: Try to see that “soul” of the person.
• PSYCLARITYTIP17: Psychic information comes from the heart so try to remain open hearted. This may take work but it is well worth the effort regardless of whether you are intuitive or not.
• PSYCLARITYTIP18: Do not judge your client; remember we are here to learn.
• PSYCLARITYTIP19: Try to have fun. It helps people see that life is not SO serious.
• PSYCLARITYTIP20: Be yourself. Honor what form the information comes in. Some people see, some people hear, some people feel, some people know. The way that it comes to you is exactly as it should be. Try to trust yourself even though it feels scary. With more practice trust becomes easier and easier.
• PSYCLARITYTIP21: Do not second guess yourself.
• PSYCLARITYTIP23: Practice. Guess the next commercial, what time it is, what someone is about to say…
• PSYCLARITYTIP24: Do not forget that you are just the messenger. Don’t get attached (to validation).
• PSYCLARITYTIP25: Have patience with yourself and the process. Do not give up!
Trusting is often a leap of faith. Don't give up. It will get easier with time.

Chapter taken from Light, channeled by Rhonda O'Brien
Enlightenment might mean different things for you and me but there is a common thread which connects us: we are all children waiting to be reunited with our mothers or really the source or essence of all that we are. We all crave a common identity as one, the very magical force responsible for the earth, the moon, the sun, the planets, really all that is. In terms that we can all identify with, this means that we are all secretly searching for the god or goddess within. One way or another we all know that we are, in fact, made of the same substance that our creator is made of. We are one with god, thus we are god. Although some of us seem farther and farther from this truth; we all instinctively know this truth and throughout our lifetimes we move closer and closer to knowing this and expressing it in the manner that we live our lives.
We are all one. We are all god. I could say it over and over again and you would not really hear these words, unless you were able and ready to hear them. This is a hard fact for us to face, for we often seem so far from this truth in the manner in which we progress through life. We might believe that we are fighting to get money, fighting to be heard, fighting for this or that. The reality of the situation, however, is that, with a proper world view, we begin to realize that there is enough for everyone including ourselves, that the struggle exists within ourselves. This struggle is to acknowledge the fact that everything is okay and that all will be provided us if only we let it be so. With this new, relaxed attitude we can also start to think that if the same were true for us then the same is true for others so that sharing is more of a commonality than hoarding. With this comes the unity that comes with equality. If you feel that all are your equals then how much harder is it to squash the “little” guy? It is much more difficult. Why don’t you go ahead and try to ask a colleague to go make your copies or fetch you a cup of coffee. It would take some major guts and most likely (unless you have a relationship of mutual generosity) your request would not be met with great enthusiasm.
Guess what? We are all colleagues. This caste system, these imaginary lines separating us from our friends, relatives and neighbors does nothing but separate us. Alone we cannot feel, see, believe, achieve or be as much as we can if we let those outside of ourselves (including the spirits that constantly bless us with their presence) in. If we continue to believe that one person could be or is superior to another then we neglect to see that we are all equals and so the great inequalities that we witness in and amongst our worlds continue to exist. If you are frustrated with the inequalities that you see in your life and beyond then you must first start with your mind and change it. Do you think that one person is better than another because of the job that one person possesses? Do you think that women are more capable than men? Do you believe that all politicians are crooks? Do you believe that white is better than another color: black, red, yellow or brown? If you answered, “yes,” to any of the previously mentioned questions then you, yes you, are also to blame for the inequalities that we all see and complain about so, so much. In order to see permanent and total change outside of ourselves we must first see permanent and total change from within ourselves. We cannot ask others to do what we, ourselves, are unable to do. So I suggest that each day you take a moment to honor the god or goddess in all beings, regardless of color, creed, economics, race, gender or individual behavioral patterns. In this small gesture we allow and encourage the god or goddess within to come out to play. This resounding power has lain dormant in so, so many beings because it is not allowed to play in a world laden with death and poverty and destruction. You see, the divine has no place in this world where money is more important that bugs, beasts and human beings. The divine allows the destruction to play its part: it does not interfere until it is asked to come and help to rectify the damages done by thinking that we are all separate. However, when asked, it is also quick to come to the rescue when things are not going in a manner that is beneficial to all. What we are talking about is really love. Love is the god or the goddess in all of us. It is the source that blends and molds all into one. It is powerful beyond measure and once it starts to do its thing (love any and all things and beings) it is unstoppable. So no matter how big or bad or “evil” things appear love will cure all. It is the antidote to any illness that any, and all, beings or life must face. So beware of the force of god or love it is out to get any and all things that stand in its way and nothing, yes nothing, will stop its amazing force if, and when, we allow it out and into our lives.
So I encourage any and all beings willing to risk a life of love and trust and tranquility to let the divine or the love out of its dark quarters and into your life where it can shine and help transform the destruction into the divine. Love is an amazing force without limits. You will be shocked, when you finally let it out, how much it can do with little or no effort on your part and how contagious love really is. When you give of yourself and express the love in yourself it gives again and again and again, and its range is well beyond anything that one person can witness on his or her own. I guess all that one can do is to encourage all beings to love where there is hate, to love where there is fear and know that everything, yes everything, is okay despite whatever others may say or think. We have to make this Earth okay and we will, but first we must change ourselves, our lives for the better then, and only then, can we hope to make the universe outside of ourselves okay and fertile ground for all of life. As it stands now, the Earth is losing its ability to foster any sort of life: it is drained of its life force and looking for sources to replenish this valuable energy source. We are the life source: we are capable of great destruction as well as great miracles. It is up to us to decide whether we are going to continue to deplete the Earth or whether we are going to start massive efforts to revive her.
We have many things to do, many decisions to make. Some of us have already decided. Some have come to this planet to help and to heal. These are our brothers, our sisters, our mothers and our fathers, all people that surround us who have decided to take on this problem single-handedly. They do not care whether anyone else is concerned with the well-being of the Earth, because they know that their efforts to work on themselves and beyond will someday pay off in great ways. For instance, these are the individuals involved in self-improvement who always see that things are working out exactly the way that they should. These are beings of tremendous faith who know that someday, yes some day, we will see “a place without war or conflict, a place,..” a place that John Lennon imagined in his appropriately named song, Imagine. This place is not just a figment of an individual’s mind, it is a very real possibility if only people start creating a world without conflict in their personal lives then, and only then, can we hope that the world outside of ourselves reflects this very perfection. See this as an ideal or see it as a goal; it is your choice. Let me just warn you though that many, many beings are making this a reality within their personal lives. As a result, we will see boundaries between peoples, between countries, between races, between religions, between all lives melding into one. You will see a gradual demise of the warring tribes that we have witnessed for thousands upon thousands of years. For whatever reason, people are beginning to realize that if we continue on this road, there will be nothing, yes nothing, to fight over. If war is your answer to conflict it could end up creating the destruction of all life. The presence of nuclear warfare makes mass destruction a very real consequence of people just plain not being able to get along.
So if you are at all concerned about the well-being of this Earth, I urge you to seek the peace within, from there you can do no wrong. This is truly one instance where every single person does matter in that your efforts make a great difference in the well-being of all. Remember that we are all connected and that when you cry we all cry and when you laugh we all laugh. Do it for yourself, because your life will, undoubtedly, improve for the better, but also do it for everyone and everything else in this universe. I thank you in advance for your efforts. Amen.

Edgar Cayce's Adventures in Dreamland 1

I am loving how so many pieces of my life are finally fitting together. Thank you so much universe! I know that if we listen our lives take on a new rhythm and beat that is more beautiful that we could have ever imagined.
Last September I had heard, from spirit, that something amazing was about to happen to me and then I heard dreams.
A month or two after that Edgar Cayce appeared to me and said that he had a dreamworks class that he wanted me to channel and to teach. He continued to say that the spiritual manner in which I had been handling a number of the recent challenges in my life were being rewarded; one of the ways that I was being rewarded was by being gifted this class. (Incidentally, Edgar Cayce writes about who people are gifted with psychic knowledge for their spirituality. Thank you, spirit(s)/world/source/Edgar Cayce for the tremendous gift!)
I was amazed and overwhelmed with this gift, to say the least. I had trouble getting started with this project because part of me didn’t know how to get started and I must admit I felt unworthy.
I had channeled the basic structure of the class, but I knew that I needed to read up on what I was supposed to teach. I had a couple of his books and a few others that I wanted to buy. I was just having trouble picking up the books and actually reading them. I guess that I get distracted by too many things.
Yesterday, I just knew that I needed to take that book to the coffee shop and hunker down and get it done. What a delightful day I had: good atmosphere, great coffee, leisure, an incredible book and I felt as though I stepped through the doorway into another world without limits (just like Alice in Wonderland).
Edgar Cayce’s book on Dreams was that gateway into my heaven. It helped me to see the limitless resources in using our dreams to answer life’s queries, get hints on how to improve our lives on all levels and see into the future.
I was so anxious to start this journey that I have read a good portion of the book and have begun my journey with dreams. I set out ready for my adventure with notebook and pencil near my bed and the intent that I would remember my dreams.
When I awoke I promptly wrote down my dream with as much detail as possible. Then I did as instructed and continue to think about my dream. I must admit that there is a level of depth to my dream, almost like a movie, that I have to think about and analyze, from an analytical and intuitive level, that I had never seen before. Out of one dream I got several lessons and I think that there is more in there; I just am not perceptive enough, yet, to truly “get” it.
When I returned home I also remembered that in the middle of the night I jotted down something. I don’t really understand what the meaning of “woman/stairs” and a reference to one of my divination cards (in ineligible writing) is. However, maybe it will become more clear to me if I think about it. [NOTE: I did, later, research the "Mana Card" by Kalama Becker and Doya Nardin and it was "Hina" (I wrote down "Hine") and it's name meant "Moon Goddess"/nurturing. In her meaning something that stuck out as important is her connection to healing and that "she can be a reminder that in order for something to grow, it needs to be nurtured." The card and the steps/stairs told me that I was taking steps to heal through my dream work which was exactly my intent. Thank you dream work for providing the means for me to heal! Thank you Edgar Cayce!]
Since this post I have been collecting my dreams, daily and have come up with the following conclusions about dreams. This list is not comprehensive as I have learned much more and will continue to learn more as I study my dreams.
Thought One: Edgar Cayce talks about other dreams and other elements to dreams. Other than being guides to how to improve life there are dreams and dream part that are prophetic. I have had several prophetic dreams. One that is particularly memorable was from nearly 20 years ago. I was taking a nap during the day and dreamed that our neighbors were robbed and that the robbers were in a van. I got up and started talking to the neighbor. He said that a van slowed down nearly to a stop and acted like they were checking out their house. A few days later that house was robbed.
Thought Two: I realized that my dreams were trying to tell me about patterns in my life that I was not conscious about. If I didn't want to hear the lesson, if it was hard to hear then I, actually, would have trouble sleeping because I didn't want to hear the lesson being place in front of me. I am finding that dreams are the gateway to your unconscious mind and I am seeing a lot patterns in my life that I might not have been able to see so clearly if I were not paying attention to my dreams. I am hoping that being aware of such patterns will help me, eventually, to work through and break through these patterns.
Thought Three: I had dreams, two nights in a row, that spoke about the exact same subject. Harmon Bro talks about this in his book, Edgar Cayce on dreams. I have noticed that I will have the same message repeated (for me it is three times in a row). If I am unclear about the meaning of a dream I usually wait it out and see if it keeps repeating. Through experience I have learned to wait for repeated dreams. If the dreams repeat themselves (not exactly the content but definitely the meaning) I am more confident of the message that the dream is trying to tell me.
Thought Four: I had an “advice” dream that I am really appreciating. I got three, very important tips for my classes. Thank you so much for the notes of encouragement. My dreams are my teachers. Yay! I love to teach, but I must admit that when you teach you are just as much the student. I learn every time I teach.
Thought Five: I noticed that I need some time to process some of the dreams as their meaning is not straight-forward. And, just like much of life, their meaning is multi-layered in that there may be significant messages on several levels, symbology that must be analyzed for meaning and things that I just have to digest a bit to understand.
Thought Six: I have been setting forth the intention that I will remember my dreams. For the most part I am remembering my dreams. I definitely could do a better job with the recall. I don’t know how, yet to do this without disrupting my already disrupted sleep (I tend to fight bouts of chronic insomnia). Sometimes I get up and write down the dreams in the middle of the night but then going back to sleep is somewhat of a challenge.
Sometimes I have trouble with the immediate recall of my dreams, however, if I focus on trying to remember my dreams I will eventually remember the dream piece by piece. I just have to peck at it piece by piece. For instance, last night I remembered that there was a pig and an elephant in my dream. Then I remembered my interaction with these animals, then I remembered where I was and what I was doing before I encountered the animals. Then I remembered what happened after I encountered the animals and the pieces of the dream fell into place just like the pieces of a Tetris game.
I am still continuing to record my dreams and have learned so much about myself and life. I continue to learn and hope some day to share this knowledge with you. Thanks for listening. Oh,...and happy dreaming!
Last September I had heard, from spirit, that something amazing was about to happen to me and then I heard dreams.

The card and the steps/stairs told me that I was taking steps to heal through my dream work which was exactly my intent.

I read an article about psychic extermination years ago so when I was challenged by a school of ants in my healing space I decided to give it a try. I, like many people, have a really hard time killing bugs. I especially didn’t want to have a healing space on top of their murder site; it just didn’t seem like good karma.
Basically what I did was started talking to the ants. I told them that I did not want them in my space. The response that I got was that they liked sweet things and that if I bought popsicles and put them on the opposite side of the house they would leave. Oh yeah, and they liked the red ones the best.
So I listened and bought a variety pack of popsicles and made sure to put the red ones out on the opposite side of the house and within days the ants were gone without pesticides and relatively cheaply.
Animals, plants and bugs are living things. If we tune in we can talk to them and live peaceably in the same space.

"Stop looking for something out there and begin looking within." ~Rumi
Meditation is not hard. It is just a matter of discipline. It takes the discipline to actually meditate. I recommend setting small, achievable goals at first. For instance, make it a goal to meditate 10 minutes a day and then schedule this time into your day. It also takes the discipline to clear your mind of any thoughts which can be difficult because the mind tends to wonder. I have listed a few hints that have helped me to clear my mind of the clutter in order to grasp the sweet treats of meditation.
1. Stare at the flame of a candle.
2. Say “om mani padme” over and over again.
3. Draw two dots (about one inch apart) on a piece of paper. Bring your focus to the two dots. Try, as hard as you can to focus on the two dots simultaneously while meditating.
4. Concentrate on your breathing; count to three on your inhale and three on your exhale.
5. Use the meditation YouTube videos available online. I use several, interchangeably just to mix it up. You can find a large selection by going to YouTube and using key words like “meditation,” “mandalas,” etc. These are great because they have mandalas and trance-inducing videos along with relaxing music which really accelerate your level of relaxation.
6. I picture Buddha and I focus on how relaxed he/she is and then I “model” the level of relaxation. In other words I focus on how relaxed Buddha is and I try to bring my consciousness to that same level of relaxation.
7. Walking a labrynth gets you into a meditative state. Usually I like to start the walking the labrynth with a question in my head and upon completion I usually gain some sort of insight regarding the problem/issue/question.
